With Color Filters, create a set of filters that will enhance the contrast of items on the display for colour blind users. Most of the Gnome and KDE desktops are well-designed in terms of having sufficient colour contrast. But some webpages, graphs or other content may not be as accessible and could benefit from enhancing filters.
